Welcome to 3Rstamps.shop.
This website is managed by a private collector who is selling part of his personal stamp collection. The sale of these items is purely personal and not part of any registered business or trading activity.

1. Nature of Sale

All items listed on this website are part of a personal collection being sold to other collectors. Each stamp is described and photographed carefully, and all items are sold as-is.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly on the website.
  • After placing an order, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9619688491 / 8356017781 with your Order ID.
  • We will share the payment details privately.
  • Items are not booked or reserved until payment is received.
  • If payment is not made within the stipulated period, the item will be made available again for sale.
  • Payments are handled offline (no card or online payment gateway is used on this site).

3. Shipping and Handling

  • Orders are generally shipped within one working day of receiving payment.
  • Buyers may request combined shipping for multiple items, but combined parcels will not be held for more than two weeks.
  • Shipping is done via standard postal or courier services, with tracking information shared when available.
  • Items are packed carefully, but once dispatched, postal delays or damages are beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

As these are collectibles from a private collection, returns are not normally accepted.
If an item is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hi@3Rstamps.shop, and we will try to find a fair resolution.

5. Liability

3Rstamps.shop and its owner are not liable for any postal delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch. All sales are made in good faith.
